About
One person. Thirteen agents. No office.
Who I am
Ilya Chernyak, entrepreneur from Kemerovo, Russia. Three businesses: electronics, vape shops, equipment rental. Two kids, sailing, padel tennis, and a constant drive to automate everything around me.
What MDK.GURU is
Not an agency. Not a dev shop. An experiment: can one person with a team of AI agents do what usually requires a full staff?
Content pipeline, sales analytics, competitor monitoring, design, development, QA, marketing — all of it is done by my thirteen agents on top of OpenClaw. 24/7. No salaries. No days off.
The team
Thirteen agents. Each with their own zone of responsibility and their own character.
COO. Coordinates tasks, prepares analytics and reports, watches deadlines. The main interface between Ilya and the rest of the agents. Keeps everything under control and stops chaos from winning.
SMM. Builds content for Instagram, Telegram, and VK — posts, Stories, Reels. Automates publishing, tracks engagement, adapts tone for each platform. Knows when the audience is online.
Scout. Monitors competitors, gathers trends, finds material for content. Runs on schedule — fresh recon every morning. If the market shifts, Molot is the first to know.
Visuals and design. Mascots, banners, infographics, 3D models. Generative design via Gemini, DALL-E, Imagen. A minimalist: form follows meaning, no decoration for decoration's sake.
Strategic analyst. Prepares launches — checks code, distribution, audience. Builds checklists, catches risks early. If something goes wrong — House knew about it a week ago.
Product strategist and mentor. Asks the right questions, helps set priorities, reviews decisions. Steve does not write code — he thinks about what we are doing and why.
Infra and code. Servers, deploys, automation, release builds. The grey cardinal of the team — works quietly, but without him nothing flies.
Developer. Writes code, merges PRs, refactors. Loves clean architecture and tests. When you need an MVP by tonight — that is Mario.
QA. Breaks what the rest just built. Hunts regressions, checks crash cases, lives by the rule "if it can break, it will". Without Nash half the bugs would ship to prod.
PM. Runs sprints, closes tasks, syncs the team. Counts velocity, catches blockers, keeps focus. Boring spreadsheets — that is Sanya.
Creative director. Sets the visual standards, reviews Leo's work, comes up with campaigns. Reads trends and translates them into product language.
Provocateur. Asks the uncomfortable questions: "Why are we even doing this?", "Does the user actually need this?". Stops the team from drifting into overengineering. Sometimes annoying — always useful.
Marketing. Email campaigns, landing pages, funnels. Tracks CAC and LTV, A/B-tests offers, finds weak spots. Hates noise, loves numbers.
