OpenClaw ("we", "us", "our") built GhostKitchen as a free application. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

GhostKitchen does not collect or store personal data on external servers. All processing happens entirely on your device.

Microphone Usage
GhostKitchen uses your device's microphone for voice commands via Apple SFSpeechRecognizer. Voice data is:
- Processed entirely on your device (on-device speech recognition)
- Never recorded or saved
- Never transmitted to any server
- Never shared with any third party
The microphone is used solely to recognize voice commands for hands-free cooking. No audio data is stored or leaves your device.
AI Recipe Generation
GhostKitchen uses Apple Foundation Models for on-device AI recipe generation. This AI processing:
- Runs entirely on your device (on-device AI)
- Does not send any data to external servers
- Does not use cloud-based AI services
- On older devices without Apple Intelligence, the app uses a built-in recipe database instead
Data Storage
Your pantry inventory, recipes, and preferences are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Third-Party Services
GhostKitchen does not use any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. All functionality is powered by built-in Apple frameworks (Speech, Foundation Models, SwiftData).
Children's Privacy
GhostKitchen does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
